ANOMIA

ANOMIA is an Science-Fiction story that I am creating on Webtoon's Canvas. 


Pod 4693 was once a close-knit, loyal pod that could handle even some of the most dangerous missions. However, after a terrible event that led them to replace a medic and a warrior, the pod is betrayed by Mati, the ship's mechanic. In an attempt to save  everyone, Sibuha (Pod Leader) herds every one onto the escape pods, leaving him and Anomia (Pod Lieutenant) to be betrayed once more by Mati as she leaves them to crash land on Earth. Now, the two of them must survive on Earth while they wait for rescue. However, the inhabitants of this strange new planet have other plans.

Version 3 Character Designs for pod 4693 - 16 March 2023

My third attempt at creating character sheets, these are the designs I used in the first version of the ANOMIA Webtoon.  I also changed the language to look more cohesive. This is Anomia, the pod's Lieutenant and one of two scouts.

    Version 1 Concept for a Throne Room - 12 september 2022

    A concept for a throne room of sorts. My first attempt at creating a detailed environment for the story.

      CHARACTER SHEETS VER. 2 - MARCH & JUNE 2021

      Anomia's coloring started as a neon blue, and I changed the armor and outfits. This is also the original concept for the Noctrian language, which I'd based off of different symbols & logos that were similar in shape to the English alphabet. This is where I gave the aliens webbed fingers. Their gills are still horizontal, but placed further down their face.

        THE VERY FIRST DESIGNS - MAY & JUNE 2020

        These were my very first attempts at creating character sheets, armor, and props. I had the characters stand in a T-pose, which somewhat hid the tattoos that I'd added to them. The Noctrians originally had three toes on each foot, and Sibuha was originally meant to die during the crash, leaving Anomia on Earth alone. The original design for the aliens did not include webbed fingers and toes. Their gills were also horizontal and located under their eyes, as I hadn't  figured out how gills worked.
